50mg/kg in 500ml D5W:		mg	over 4 hours
100mg/kg in 1000ml D5W:		mg	over 16 hours

Should the patient be treated for tylenol overdose?
If patient's acetaminophen level falls above "possible toxicity line" they should receive treatment.
The line connects at 150mcg/ml at 4 hours and 50mcg/ml at 12 hours following first order elimination.
