Number of vials needed:		vials  =		mg =		ml (assuming each vial is diluted with 4ml)
Calculation:	# of vials = total digoxin load/0.5mg digoxin per vial
	0.125 and 0.25mg have 80% bioavailability
	0.1 and 0.2mg have 100% bioavailability
	0.1 and 0.125mg tablets count for 0.1mg of total digoxin load
	0.2 and 0.25mg tablets count for 0.2mg of total digoxin load
