Dose:		vials  =		mg =		ml (assuming each vial is diluted with 4ml)
Calculation:	# of vials = (serum digiTOXin level in ng/ml)*(weight in kg) / 1000
***The reason for the digitoxin being divided by 1000 as opposed to 100 for digoxin is that the volume of distribution of digitoxin is 10 fold less than that of digoxin
